With the holidays coming up in the blink of an eye, our team is finishing out 2024 strong with loads of new features for you.
Before we jump into all that’s new with Swift, consider joining us on December 4th at 8 pm ET for a partnered webinar with the ABCA discussing 5 strategies to make the most of this upcoming winter season! 🚀
Now back to the updates… here’s the full list of features shipped this November 👀
Lock in folks, we got lots of ground to cover!
Engaging with your clients is a critical aspect of your business success, especially going into the winter season. Our email marketing feature has been lacking, we’ve heard you.
In our latest update, we’ve included three big updates to email marketing:
You’ll see these new features and some other quality-of-life improvements to the email blast UI on the admin app.
Sticking on the marketing theme, next up is push notifications for users of the branded mobile apps. Even better than email, you can now send direct marketing messages to your customers on their phones.
Sound interesting? Here’s how it works:
You’ll craft a notification under the “App Notifications” tab within “Marketing”, the interface will feel similar to our email marketing. As you create your push notification a preview will appar on the right-hand side. You can add a title, a body of text, and attach an image that will appear when users expand the notification. Last and most importantly, you can link a specific service for each notification. This means whenever a client clicks, they’ll be taken direcrlty into the check out for the specified service. Alternatively, linking a service category (like memberships) will land users on that section of your booking page.
Being a facility owner means you’re always checking in, sometimes even on the move. We’ve prided ourselves on creating a mobile-friendly booking experience at Swift, but the admin app has long needed some love as we’ve built more features this past year.
Our team did a deep dive and made the following improvements to the mobile admin experience:

We hope this makes your life a little easier when you need to make a quick action on your phone within Swift!
For power users of our new tax rate feature, you might have found a prior limitation - a lack of tax ID on invoices and receipts. We’re happy to include this new update making your life that much easier.
Navigate to the “Tax Rates” section under “General” settings and you’ll see a new field for you to input your tax ID. Once added, these will be automatically included on new invoices (when tax is selected) and receipts (for services with tax rates applied).
If you’re a new customer of Swift, our redesigned website might have caught your eye. Not only was this a visual update, but it had been almost 2 years since our team updated the features showcased. As an avid reader of this update email, you know how many new features have shipped in that period.
With that, we launched a completely fresh homepage along with 10+ new feature pages to showcase how much the software has grown.
Here’s a snapshot of the before and after… 👀
Okay… that’s it for this month 😮💨
Our team is dedicated to making Swift a faster, easier, and more beautiful experience for you, your staff, and your customers. We still have plenty of improvements and new features to be shipped before the new year!
Here’s what’s ahead:
Our first in-person event! A facility owners’ happy hour at the ABCA Convention on Friday, January 3rd! - PS… there will be free beer 🍻
