SMS Notifications & Reminders for your customers

Now Swift already had you covered in terms of keeping your customers in the loop whenever they made bookings at your facility. We helped with no-shows by sending them reminders.

‍

BUT the "problem" was that both of these automations were sent via email. People's inboxes are noisy, cluttered, and constantly flooded with marketing messages, receipts, and spam (and the occasional email from a "Nigerian prince" in need of capital).

‍

In contrast, texts are a superpower. They're direct, short, and get opened consistently. In fact, texts have a whopping 98% average open rate, relative to the measly 20% average open rates for emails .That's why, starting today - if you're on the Standard Plan & above, your customers will now start receiving SMS confirmations & reminders (along with email).

You can visit Marketing -> Automations to turn them on/off, check out the preview below (even includes a short URL to help them manage their bookings)!

As mentioned earlier, we have a lot of exciting SMS related stuff coming up in the future (text blasts, 2-way conversations, and more) - so stay tuned for that

Attendance Report

We're in full camp season, and that means dealing with hyper-energetic kids, "too cool for school" teens, and helicopter parents. The last thing you want to spend time on is figuring out who's coming to which session.

That's where we step in!

This month, the Swift team shipped a much-requested "Attendance Report" (under Reports) to make it super easy to figure out who's coming to which session. It'll allow you to track attendance on a specific session, across multiple sessions, or any session within a time range for a camp or clinic.
