Does Swift offer free migration from other software?

We do! We’ve helped tons of facilities migrate from almost every company in this space, so we’ve built a repeatable process for an easy migration. It’s worth noting that our migration is specifically limited to customer data (names, emails, phone numbers, etc).

Depending on how your memberships are structured, we may also be able to help migrate those over. At the moment, we don’t support automatically migrating bookings, services, package credits, or any other data.

Does Swift offer a free trial?

We don’t offer a trial, but instead provide a 30-day money-back guarantee. This allows you to commit to the software with an initial payment, but try it at no-risk. If it doesn’t work out in the first month, we’ll refund you the full payment - no questions asked.

What counts as a staff member? Are coaches considered "staff"? 

Only “service providers” or “revenue generating” logins are considered as staff. So essentially, you’re only paying for coaches or employees that can teach lessons, camps, and other programs. Admin, front desk, and business partners get unlimited logins on every plan.

What are processing fees for credit card payments? Can I pass on the payment processing fees to my customers?

Credit card processing fees are currently 3.5% + 0.30c for online payments, and 3.3% + 0.30c for in-person payments. The laws around passing on processing fees are highly dependent on your location, so we’d recommend checking with your lawyer. In Swift, you can however create “custom fees” (ex: 4% technology fee) to charge your customers during checkout.
