Here are some common questions that we've gotten about this app:

Why did we build an app?

Our branded booking page works really well to collect bookings & payments online. But some of you have invested a lot of time, money, and energy into your brand - and you want that to shine. Having an app that's natively available on iPhone and Android does exactly that - letting you stand out from the competition and the nearby facility.

How does it work?

We'll email you a simple checklist to get setup. We'll design your app together, and as soon as you give us the go-ahead, it'll go live! The app will be called whatever you'd like and will have your logo and branding. Once it's launched, customers will be able to download the app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

How do I get it?

If you were on the early bird waitlist, you should've received an email from us with instructions on how to setup your app. If you didn't make it then, but want the app for your facility now - just reply to this email and we'll get you setup.

How much does it cost?

The app is available out of the box on our Premium plan, and is available for all other customers as a paid add-on for $249/mo. As always, there is no lock-in, no contracts, and no setup fees.

And we're just getting started...

This is just the beginning! In the future, we'll also add the ability to send push notifications through the app.

This opens up a whole new marketing channel for your business, bringing sky-high open rates that email and SMS both can't really match.

2024 is going to be incredible.

 

Other Improvements

We were heads down on the app last month, but that never blocks us from constantly tweaking and making minor improvements to the app.

Some of these include:

  • Adjusting the calendar pickers so that they're consistently Sun-Sat (instead of the occasional one that started on Mondays)
  • Showing conflicting bookings when you get a "booking time is unavailable" message
  • Displaying a list of people who have redeemed a specific coupon under the Coupon's history page
  • Making it clearer how many credits a client has left on a certain package or membership when going to make bookings
  • And a lot more!

Within the next week, there's also a TON of package & membership credit-related improvements that are incoming (just going through the final stages of testing now). This will include:

  • Stacking credits for players with multiple memberships of the same type
  • An easy view for admin & for clients to see how many credits they have on a certain membership + how many are left

The app will continue to get better, every single week!
